Handmade Disclaimer

All items are handmade and/or custom created with care. Because each product is made by hand, slight variations may occur in color, placement, glitter pattern, acrylic pattern, engraving, or finish. These small differences make each item unique and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, and monitor/device differences.

Badge buddies are made from acrylic and may include layered acrylic, cut-out titles, UV printing, or 3D lettering depending on the selected style.

Please handle with care. Acrylic can crack, chip, or break if dropped, bent, or roughly handled.

Longer names or titles may require smaller lettering to fit the design.

Because badge buddies are custom made, they are not eligible for return or refund unless there is an error on my part.

Order Changes

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order.

Changes are not guaranteed once production has started.

Changes may not be possible for custom, personalized, printed, engraved, or laser-cut items once materials have been prepared or cut.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be available depending on my current order volume.

Please message me before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. Purchasing expedited shipping only speeds up shipping time, not production time.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because most items are handmade, custom, or personalized, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on my part.

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.

Items must be unused and in original condition for any issue to be reviewed.

I do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Customer spelling or personalization errors
  
• Color differences due to screen settings
  
• Change of mind
  
• Incorrect size/color/style selected
  
• Damage caused by dropping, rough handling, soaking, heat, misuse, or normal wear and tear
  
• Badge reel hardware malfunction, unless otherwise stated
  

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged item
  
• The packaging
  
• The shipping label
  
• The box or mailer
  

This helps determine whether the damage occurred during shipping.

Damage caused after delivery, including dropping, bending, pulling, rough handling, heat exposure, soaking, or misuse, is not eligible for replacement or refund.

Processing Time

Each item is handmade to order. Processing time may vary depending on the item, order volume, and season.

Typical processing time is 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

During busy seasons, holidays, or large custom orders, processing time may be longer.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

I am not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery time is controlled by the shipping carrier. I am not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
