Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because most items are handmade, custom, or personalized, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on my part.
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.
Items must be unused and in original condition for any issue to be reviewed.
I do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Customer spelling or personalization errors
- Color differences due to screen settings
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size/color/style selected
- Damage caused by dropping, rough handling, soaking, heat, misuse, or normal wear and tear
- Badge reel hardware malfunction, unless otherwise stated
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- The box or mailer
This helps determine whether the damage occurred during shipping.
Damage caused after delivery, including dropping, bending, pulling, rough handling, heat exposure, soaking, or misuse, is not eligible for replacement or refund.
